On-site recording and documentation of the existing situation: public spaces, pedestrian flows, land uses and the character of the built environment.

Analysis

The study analysed:

• Land uses within the study area
• Building regulations (site coverage ratio, floor area ratio, heights, setbacks)
• Land values in the wider area

Official data

The statutory information and planning data were obtained directly from the Building Authority (YDOM) of the Municipality of Glyfada, giving the study an authoritative basis.
